I have a track record of identifying success factors to create a sustained culture of excellence with a people-focused, values-centred approach.
Two of my greatest career achievements:
2022 Olympic Winter Games Team Canada Team Leader for the Long Track Speed Skating Team that had its most successful Olympic Winter Games since 2010 with 5 Olympic Medals at the 2022 Olympic Winter Games, including a historic Women's Team Pursuit Gold Medal.
Key team member in building development programs and established the WinSport Academy (2011-2015) as a leader in the athlete development pathway, which includes National Program athletes, Olympians, and an Olympic Gold Medalist alums

My approach is simple. People-first. My process is collaborative. First, working together to identify clear objectives. Then, an assessment of the current realities. And ultimately to provide a framework, an action plan or a customized solution that helps put you and/or your organization in a more efficient, effective, and, in general, better place. I'm also available to assist in areas that you and/or your organization may not have the time to dedicate time towards like generating and formatting presentations and reports.
